Must-See Breathtaking Caves In Bermuda

There is much more to Bermuda than pink sand beaches! Next time you visit Bermuda make sure to head underground and visit two of their stunning caves. Both are located right next to each other in Hamilton Parish directly on the other side of The Causeway next to the airport. Here you’ll find the Crystal Caves and the Grotto Bay Beach Resort Natura Spa which has a luxurious spa located in a cave.

Grotto Bay Beach Resort Natura Spa

Grotto Bay Beach Resort Natura Spa has one of the most luxurious spa settings I’ve ever seen! The spa is within a 500,000-year-old cave that has a crystal clear lake within it. Over the water, there are private massage cabanas where you can indulge in a massage (they also do couples massages). The spa is softly-lit with flickering candles, and within your private massage tent, it is easy to relax when you hear the soft sounds of music and water.

At Natura Spa, they offer a variety of different massages including Thai massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, couples massage, hot stone massage and their Natura signature massage. I opted for the signature massage which is a blend of Eastern and Western massage techniques and uses aromatherapy to help you relax. The 50-minute massage was divine and helped to treat all my muscle tension.

This experience was one of the highlights of my trip to Bermuda as it is such a unique and luxurious experience. I strongly recommend everyone experience a massage at Grotto Bay Beach Resort Natura Spa as it is just so unique and exactly what you need to help you relax on our vacation.

The Crystal Caves

The Crystal and Fantasy Caves are believed to be millions of years old and one of Bermuda’s most popular tourist attractions. Here you can purchase a ticket to visit either one cave or both where you will be able to wander through the limestone caves. Short on time, I opted to do the Crystal Cave which has a large turquoise lake with it. The interior of the cave is beautiful with giant stalagmite hanging over the water.
