After opening their first location on Preston Street in 2016, Raw Pulp and Grind has opened a second location in Westboro. The modern juice bar focuses on healthy plant-based foods, cold-pressed juices and offers an espresso bar. The vegan cafe serves smoothies, acai bowls, juices, breakfast parfaits, healthy snacks, and salads all made from organic ingredients. All the products are made using local produce whenever possible, and most items are made in-store.
The interior of the Raw Pulp and Grind location in Westboro is very inviting. The modern interior blends industrial and natural elements seamlessly, with a cement accent wall contrasted with a wood plank wall, or raw edge wood tables supported with metal pipe table legs. The interior of the shop is also beautifully accented with plants everywhere, from the tables to hanging off of the walls, plants blend into the decor. The new store location is somewhere you will enjoy relaxing in with a smoothie bowl.
The benefit of the cold-pressed juices over regular juices is none of the nutrients are lost in the heat used for the traditional pasteurization process. As such, all the juices offered at Raw Pulp and Grind offer a variety of health benefits such as immune boosting, energizing and anti-inflammatory.
The colorful rainbow of juices available are:
Core Green – kale, zucchini, spinach, celery, cucumber, lemon, ginger
Green Immunity – kale, cucumber, celery, green apple, spirulina, cayenne, turmeric
Sweet Greens – cucumber, zucchini, kale, celery, pineapple, lemon
Heart Beet – beets, orange, carrot, apple ginger
Super C – pineapple, grapefruit, orange, mint, turmeric
Green Apple Chia – green apple, kale, aloe juice, chia
Rise Up – red apple, pink grapefruit, fennel ginger
Beauty Glow – cucumber, spinach, green apple, carrot, lemon
SOS – apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric
Black Magic – orange, ginger, kombucha, coconut charcoal
Spice Girl – lemon, alkaline water, cayenne, coconut nectar
Power Up Protein – almonds, alkaline water, dates, hemp seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, Himalayan salt
Coco Cashew Mylk – cashews, alkaline water, vanilla, coconut, Himalayan salt
My personal favorite cold-pressed juice at Raw Pulp and Grind would have to be the Black Magic, which despite the black color doesn’t actually taste like the charcoal but more of a refreshing tropical drink.

Over the past few years smoothie bowls, in particular, ones made with acai have been very popular as the superfood that is full of antioxidants, fiber, and heart-healthy fats. At Raw Pulp And Grind they have a variety of acai bowls to pick from that make a filling and healthy meal. My personal favorite would have to the PB and J which is made with acai, chocolate protein, and peanut butter and is topped with granola, hemp seeds, almonds, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, cacao nibs and a peanut butter drizzle. It is simply outstanding and is something I could eat multiple times a week.
Raw Pulp + Grind also offers a one-day ($45 or $54) and a three-day juice cleanse ($160) designed by a certified nutritionist which can be picked up in stores or delivered to your home.
